These Terms govern participation in the FitFolio Affiliate Program ("Program"). By submitting your application and checking the acceptance box, you declare that you have read, understood and fully agree with the rules below. If you do not agree with any point, do not submit the application.
1.1. Participation depends on prior approval from FitFolio. Submitting an application does not give rise to the right to join the Program, and refusal does not need to be motivated.
1.2. You need to have your own advertising channel — social media profile, website, video channel, newsletter or equivalent — with a real audience. Applications that only provide an email address will not be approved.
1.3. You must have civil capacity to hire and provide truthful information in the application. False or third-party data leads to refusal or immediate termination.
1.4. You participate in your own name, as an independent person. The Program does not create an employment, corporate, commercial representation, franchise or exclusivity relationship between you and FitFolio.
2.1. Once your application is approved, you will receive a personal and non-transferable coupon and promotional link, used to allocate the subscriptions that come from your nomination.
2.2. Use the coupon and link exactly as provided. Shortening, masking, redirecting, changing parameters, or hiding the referrer may break the attribution — in which case the commission will not be due.
2.3. Attribution depends on how tracking works. FitFolio does not guarantee attribution for referrals lost due to blockers, device privacy settings, reinstallations, or link misuse.
2.4. It is prohibited to share your coupon on coupon sites, browser extensions, cashback networks or any channel that captures the purchase intention of those who were already looking for FitFolio.
3.1. The standard commission is R$10.00 (ten reais) per confirmed subscription attributed to you, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.2. The commission is due when the subscription is actually confirmed and paid. Subscriptions that are cancelled, reversed, refunded, disputed or obtained during a free trial period do not generate a commission, and amounts already credited under these conditions may be reversed.
3.3. Self-referral does not generate commission. Subscriptions made by you, on your accounts or on accounts created for this purpose, will be disregarded.
3.4. Balance and history are available on your affiliate dashboard. Discrepancies must be pointed out within 60 days of launch.

3.6. Taxes levied on amounts received are your responsibility.
4.1. Disclose honestly: describe FitFolio as it is, without promising health results, weight loss, mass gain or performance that the app does not deliver.
4.2. Make it clear to your audience that this is advertising with a commission, as required by advertising legislation and the rules of the platform where you publish.
4.3. Do not present yourself as a representative, employee, spokesperson or representative of FitFolio, nor assume obligations on behalf of FitFolio towards third parties.
4.4. You must inform all the channels you will use to promote. Advertising through an undeclared channel is grounds for dismissal.
Among other conducts with equivalent effect, the following are prohibited:
5.1. Sending unsolicited messages (spam) by email, SMS, WhatsApp, push or any other means, as well as sending messages to purchased lists or without valid consent.
5.2. Purchase of paid media in search engines using the "FitFolio" brand, its variations, typographical errors or combinations containing it, as a keyword or in ad text.
5.3. Registration or use of the "FitFolio" brand, in whole or in part, on domains, subdomains, profile names or display URLs that suggest it is an official channel.
5.4. Cookie dropping, typosquatting, hidden iframes, pop-unders, forced clicks or any technique that registers the indication without the person's conscious action.
5.5. Use of software, extension, or proxy service that injects, replaces, or rewrites affiliate links or third-party advertisements.
5.6. Distribution of content with malware, spyware, adware or any malicious code.
5.7. Disclosure in a context of illegal, violent, sexually explicit content, partisan political content, or content that promotes discrimination based on race, color, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, nationality, age or disability.
5.8. Use of FitFolio's name, logo, visual identity, screenshots or any material outside of what was made available for the Program, without prior written authorization.
5.9. Artificial generation of clicks, registrations or subscriptions, by any means, automated or not.
6.1. You can leave the Program whenever you want, communicating to FitFolio via contact email.
6.2. FitFolio may suspend or terminate your participation at any time, with or without stated reason, and may terminate the Program as a whole.
6.3. If there is reasonable evidence of fraud, artificial generation of conversions or violation of these Terms, FitFolio may suspend the coupon, withhold and cancel pending commissions and reverse commissions already credited related to the conduct determined.
6.4. Once participation has ended, you must remove, within 5 days, all FitFolio links, coupons and materials from the channels under your control.
7.1. You are responsible for the content you publish and the way you disclose it, and hold FitFolio harmless from claims, losses, damages, fines and expenses — including legal fees — arising from your conduct or violation of these Terms.
7.2. FitFolio is not responsible for unavailability, failures or interruptions of the application, application stores or payment methods that are beyond its reasonable control.
8.1. The data sent in the application is processed to evaluate and manage your participation in the Program, in accordance with Law No. 13,709/2018 (LGPD) and the Privacy Policy from FitFolio.
8.2. Your dashboard reports are aggregated and anonymized: you do not receive personal data from those who registered or subscribed on your behalf, and you cannot attempt to identify these people.
9.1. These Terms may be changed at any time. The current version is always the one published on this page, identified by the version indicated at the top.
9.2. Relevant changes will be communicated via the email provided in the application. Continuing to publicize after communication means accepting the new version.
10.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
